Would be good for the nurse to monitor the prescriptions you have and advance warn you when you were about to run out of something, I've never ordered prescriptions in the USA before and it was quite confusing and inconvenient to be daily monitoring supplies. Recommend to make clear in the big contract that I sign a bit of signposting for the document as it is quite dense and I couldn't see the part where I had agreed whether to freeze eggs or embryos and that led to some last minute confusions and r� clarification say with the doctor.

I love love loved my experience at Spring (with both doctors really) and recommend Spring to all of my friends considering fertility treatments.

This was the worst consult I ever experienced in my fertility journey. Very traumatic speaking to the doctor. Definitely something that could�ve been avoided given that prior to consultation I already provided all the information (prior to the consultation) the doctor used to determine I wouldn�t be a good patient for the clinic. Could�ve just told me that before the appointment. Waste of my time and $250. The doctor making faces as I was speaking was the worst of it - I just didn�t need that on top of everything. Even if you don�t agree with me, it was just unprofessional and hurtful. I�ve never cried during a consultation even when the news is not what I wanted to hear. I regret ever reaching out to Spring Fertility NY. 100%. One consult I didn�t need in my life. Everybody else I interacted with was nice and warm, which I really appreciated. Someone walked into the room during my consult, but they apologized. I didn�t really realize when it happened, so wasn�t a big deal.

Dr Fischer, Emma, Christine and all the nurses at the Bryant Park clinic were amazing! Has a great experience and would definitely recommend friends to come here.

Post op check ins were lacking and I had postoperative symptoms of a yeast infection that I messaged about and had no follow up for I needed to seek externally to an outside physician for medication to clear the infection. Poor post op experience in relation to side effects. Amazing pre and and intraop experience of actual egg freezing. Dr. Catha and team are great.

Yes, I think there should be someone on the 3rd floor to greet you as you are coming in for retrieval. There was nobody at the front desk and of course it's very stressful coming in that day. I also had my trigger exactly 36 hours before and was expecting to be "retrieved" at 1:15, since Spring had stressed the importance of time. I was waiting anxiously to get in the OR and it was past 1:15 and we had to grab a nurse since we were not sure if we were actually late for operating. This added alot of stress so I while I would highly recommend Spring, this part should have been smoother, esp since the Anesthesiologist asked if I had seen my doctor yet, and I had not, and it was already past the 1:15pm mark. Additionally, we had to ask about practicing on a dummy pad for the needles, this was not offered and was helpful. Love Dr Hancock! <3
