My first round was fantastic, I felt so supported and had no issues. My second round was completely different. The nurse I had during my ultrasounds was not friendly and my prescription refill experience was HORRIBLE. Refills were not called in on time or at all and I had to physically go to the pharmacy to pick up. Your portal is an absolute Joke and made the experience worse as I was unable to communicate with my team in a timely manner. I was excited and had originally referred several people to your facility - my last round was not pleasant and I have stopped making the referrals. As a very expensive option when it comes to egg freezing, I originally felt your client care was worth it. My second round changed my feelings completely and I do not feel that the client experience was worth it.

Everyone has been great except the finance team, they�re hard to get a hold of and don�t provide much info/updates (ie it�s been 1.5 weeks post retrieval and I still don�t have an invoice/receipt for the $16k to submit to insurance)

I would say that I have been at spring 3 cycles. The responsiveness from the team has changed. I felt like I had to do a bit of the follow ups and determining next steps. Unfortunately the first time I went through the cycle I had so much attention and connection and now the process has deteriorated. This is a very stressful time and we are constantly planning to make sure we meet dates and things we need to do. I love the team but just a small improvement is needed in the next steps process and follow up. The portal has helped a lot as I�m sure the emails weren�t affective

The care team is not very good / diligent about following up with me after the consultation. There's been a lack of communication overall.
