Ordering medications was a hassle and pretty stressful, but that is because of the process with my insurance WIN and my in-network pharmacy Freedom. Overall, my experience at Spring has been fantastic. I love Dr Fischer and the whole care team. I recommend them to everyone I know. Couldn�t imagine feeling better supported. Trust them completely. I race to my friends about the spa like experience of every procedure from the heated gowns, massage chair, heating body for after retrieval, snacks and cheeky sperm and egg chocolates. I would deliver at Spring if Dr Fischer could be my OB and would love this to be a full service clinic from conception through postpartum.

Dr. Yoder and team are INCREDIBLE! Super kind, supportive, easy to get in touch with, and informative and approachable. Dr. Yoder is a literal GEM and a genius. Spring is cutting edge and innovative, the NYC office is stunning (so chic!), and I truly felt like I had a team rallying around me, championing my success, and changing my protocol the second time to optimize outcomes. I would recommend you all (and have many times!!!!), again and again, truly 10/10 experience!

The outcome question is tough, because while I was disappointed with the outcome I know it�s not that black and white. My provider did everything he could and I was really grateful for his involvement. The care and communication Spring provides is unparalleled. I�ve done two retrievals and will be doing at least another one with you all. I�ve recommended you to friends and in private FB forums and will continue to do so.
