My appointment was canceled and I had to rebook my appointment. It was canceled because I wasn�t able to complete my pre appointment paperwork. I wasn�t able to complete it because it was originally sent to the wrong email. The experience of having my appointment canceled and the man rebooked and the amount of pre appointment paperwork I needed to complete was a bit much. Organ that everything else was perfect. I love the team and the doctor and I can�t wait to work with everyone. Thank you !

I can not speak highly enough of the care I received by Spring during the process. I could write an essay on all of the positive things I experienced. I have never in my life had a more positive experience with a doctor, doctors team or medical facility in my life. From the thorough education pre process, my care team who were so kind, knowledgeable and calming to be around, from the gorgeous space to the ease of medication ordering and the follow up care post op. Every single interaction I had with the staff and spring made me feel safe, important, happy and confident in my decision to do this process with spring. Please thank Dr Hancock and her entire team. You will be seeing A LOT of my friends and colleagues as a result :)

Spring taught me how medical care should be. I felt cared for and supported my entire journey, and more empowered with each step of the process! I�m very grateful for such a positive and successful experience.
