Loved my experience with Dr. Fischer and her team. I went to the SoulCycle info event blindly and left feeling really confident about Spring and am really glad I went through the egg freezing process here especially after hearing of other experiences at other clinics from friends. I actually heard of spring from a friend in SF and will definitely recommend to my friends who are considering egg freezing as well. Thank you!!

I would make sure the staff reads the patient�s records before calling. I requested a day 7 update only, and I was still called even though I communicated my wish via email and in person, and my account was already flagged. Also, if I schedule an appointment the day before, a call to remind me if the appointment is not needed 2 hours later. The appointment should have been confirmed when the appointment was made. Overall the entire Spring experience was great, even if the treatment didn�t work. What I appreciated the most is to early follow ups at 7:00 am because I didn�t have to cancel any of my patients at my job and I was able to complete the treatment. One thing I would have liked is more information about the procedure codes used for the treatment to have a clear understanding of each step of the medical procedures and insurance coverage.

I wish I had known that it can take two months to get AMH levels back to normal after being on the pill; if I had, I would have delayed my cycle and probably would have had a more successful outcome

I found one conversation with my patient navigator rather difficult and condescending which was frustrating. Otherwise I had a wonderful experience
