I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the team. My only slightly lower ratings were for retrieval day, when I felt a little rushed out after everything (I was checking myself out) and some of the things the team said they�d send me home with (ie hot pack, some addtl documentation about meds). Wasn�t a big deal, and everyone was LOVELY, but just sharing.

I wish the portal was easier to navigate and that the texts would always come through for all medication.

The experience was wonderful this time around! The only two pieces of feedback I would have are 1) getting medications in time was stressful with Alto and 2) when a new medication outside of the original protocol is prescribed, I would love to know why. Thanks for being such an amazing team, this has been wonderful!

My doctor and care team were excellent. They exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I am so thankful for them. I would highly recommend to everyone.
