Dr. Fischer was amazing! Such a caring doctor, she really listened to me and made me felt heard. Very much appreciated that. The OR nurse team was also really great on retrieval day

The blood draw hurt in a way it�s not supposed to which leads me to believe the nurse wasn�t great at it. That�s my only concern.

I (we) are just blown away by the team and care at Spring. So many friends have gone difffernet routes in NYC when freezing eggs/fertility and have repeatedly said they feel like just a number/cattle. I never felt like that once. Literally the morning of the retrieval was like going to a spa. I�m blown away by the knowledge and care every single nurse, receptionist, nurse, advocate, doctor we confronted. Thank you a million times. The cost is more related to Progyny, I wasn�t expecting a $500 total charge for meds at the end of the day. But I know it could be so much worse. :)
