Have already shared this but will note it here for Spring�s future reference. I have always had the most amazing experience with the Spring team. The day before my egg retrieval though, I had a different doctor who I had not previously met assigned to me for the procedure. There was no communication made, and it was a male physician when I had always had female physicians (my original physician was out of office for part of my treatment so naturally, she communicated I would be seeing a different doctor for a portion and I ensured that it was also a female when the change was communicated to me). Thankfully the Spring team was able to find another female physician for the day of procedure, but I worry that had I not gone to the extent of double checking my portal messages (when I had already had my call notifying me of the procedure details and scheduling with no mention of the doctor change), that I would have just been stuck with and mortified by seeing a male physician against my wishes for the sake of seeing the procedure through. This really placed me in a heightened state of stress and upset when everything had always been such a seamless and positive experience otherwise.

I cannot thank the team at Spring enough - throughout what was an emotional and challenging process, they were absolutely extraordinary and provided exemplary care. Thank you so much for the kindness, accessibility, flexibility and compassion that each member of the team shared - you all are wonderful!

Excellent support from nurse and med assistants great job

Overall, I was highly pleased with Spring - from the front desk, facilities and care team, everything was A+, above and beyond. The only room for improvement in my opinion is the delivery service of medication. There was delay and confusion with the driver. Also, the training for administering medication could be less intimidating, which is a contradiction of every other step and person I encountered in the whole process.

All Spring Fertility members are truly fantastic. They made me feel supported, comfortable, and cared for throughout the process. They walked me through every step. Dr. Fischer is such an amazing human I look forward to working with her again. On the retrival day the nurses (Esther & Rissa) were phenomenal. Thank you to the whole team!!! You�re amazing.
