Overall, I had such a great experience with the Spring team! Every time I was in-person with the staff, I felt they were very caring and informative. The nurses on the day of my egg retrieval were especially great, showing so much care and patience with my pre-procedure nerves and also during my recovery period. One feedback I have is that during my first baseline ultrasound appt, I felt a little disoriented that the ultrasound was done and I was just supposed to go home and start the injections that night without more instruction. I had certainly joined the webinars and watched the videos, but ultimately didn�t feel prepared enough to just be on my way. I asked for assistance before leaving and was given a super helpful demo that had me feeling much more assured about self administering the medication. I think it would be great for the team to re-iterate the injection instructions in person or ask if the demo is needed, following the baseline ultrasound, if it�s someone�s first time with the process.

Dr. Hancock is great! She is very personable and sweet. Nurse Kris is awesome. One thing that was a downfall is that Spring only allows one day for sperm deliveries which can be tricky to coordinate

I do have some concerns relating to the blood machines, which seem to be malfunctioning at least once during my cycle. I also have concerns since I was misinformed twice regarding my day 6 embryos results. There have been many positives about to experience including results thus were twice as good as my other provider (NYC), individualized attention, and a warm friendly environment. I am looking forward to an even more positive experience during my next retrieval.
