Dr. Fischer is the single best doctor I have ever worked with. I was treated with respect and kindness. I was believed and taken seriously which rarely happens elsewhere and I was truly cared for as a human.

Overall, Sam and I both have raved about our experience at Spring. It is hands down the best medical practice Sam or I have ever been to. Dr. Fischer and team are fabulous and truly feel like an extended family and I�m very grateful we found Spring and Dr. Fischer for our family planning needs (shoutout to your events/mktg team for introducing me to Dr. Fischer at a dinner). Also Ryeesa (apologies if that is misspelled) who I don�t think is technically assigned to Dr. Fischer was so kind and patient and wonderful on the day of my retrieval and with the trigger tutorial. While I�m not entirely thrilled about the idea of potentially doing another ER, the burden of that thought is eased knowing it will be with this team at Spring. One point of feedback is around the finance aspect of things, I had to reach out twice to get my finance consultation scheduled and even after doing so, on the day I went to pay for the procedure, the amount I was asked to pay was less than I was quoted/told in the finance consultation (approx. $9k was requested and I was told approx. $14k in the consultation). I let Jordan know that I think it should be more than the $9k number and after a few minutes they were able to confirm I was correct and proceeded to pay the $14K number. Thankfully, I have carrot benefits that covered my procedure but that transaction felt kind of sketchy and if I had been paying with my own money, I think I would�ve been much more bothered, it�s a lot of money and I think the finance side of things could be a bit more buttoned up than what I experienced. All in all though, it�s still five stars for Spring from us :) See y�all in the new year!
