Two members of the nurses can be better trained at blood drawing. They were unable to find the blood veins. The first time it happened the nurse seemed unprofessional overall. She led me to the wrong room for Ultrasound. The second time was on the retrieval day, the nurse putting in the IV guide insisted on trying on a particular vein when I told her that�s where the first nurse missed a few days ago. Her ego made her going in the same spot and missed. She did not apologize. Other than those two, the rest of the nurse team I worked with has been wonderful.
