The Salve app is a bit difficult to navigate, with multiple ongoing threads. Sometimes it is best to communicate via phone than messages. Some questions are also better suited for a doctor but are answered by the nurses. While the nurses are excellent, it was evident in some cases that the doctor was not made aware of my questions. Overall everyone is very skilled and welcoming, but these are areas of improvement. Thanks for your care.

Overall it was truly wonderful. Dr. Stark and his entire support team were fantastic! My one note of feedback is on the blood draws. My experience varied greatly depending on who would do the draws. Some people seemed very confident and did a great job, while others seemed like they may have been less experienced and the entire process would feel a little unsteady and on one occasion resulted in me having a vasovagal response just for one via draw. I would encourage only having experienced people doing the blood draws.

My Dr is Dr Dovey and she is excellent. However, lately it seems like she's being pulled to different clinics and is not as available as she used to be. I know there have been staff turnovers recently but it would be great to be able to have more procedures with my primary doctor

Great care team. I gave lower responses for bloodwork just because it was so hard for them to get a vein, which it�s not usually that hard. I am very grateful for my overall results and appreciate the payment plan. Thanks for helping us along our journey!

Overall technically in order but don�t feel like the care team is applying a patient focused treatment. All timelines are scheduled based on care team availability and tailored to patient�s needs. In a treatment where improving even 1% the chances to get more eggs is very very very important. I didn�t feel that my care team did care that much except sending me links to psychological support. This place looks very commercialized in my opinion.
