Overall technically in order but dont feel like the care team is applying a patient focused treatment. All timelines are scheduled based on care team availability and tailored to patients needs. In a treatment where improving even 1% the chances to get more eggs is very very very important. I didnt feel that my care team did care that much except sending me links to psychological support. This place looks very commercialized in my opinion.

Overall, I felt like things so far have gone well for us in terms of scheduling and outcome (somewhat tbd still!). I did feel like the appointments with my provider were very quick. Because next steps were not conveyed until the afternoon by the nurse, the nurse couldnt answer by questions about what Dr. Reddys overall plan was, what the rationale for my medication changes was, or what her goals were in doing so. Things went ok, but I felt kind of out of the loop.

It was a pleasure to work with Dr Dovey and Megan. I always felt huge support and care. All process even though its obviously stressful but with such a care it is a pleasure to go thru. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. What is most important to me, I was feeling I am not alone in my journey

It would be really helpful to have in-person options for learning how to administer meds. It would also be helpful to have a search feature on the messages tab in the app.

Spring fertility staff has been soo amazing since the beginning of my egg retrieval all the way to my embryo transfer, each appointment had reminders and they made sure it worked with my schedule,. They are pleasant professional and compassionate. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in the same fertility journey!

1) Your over-reliance on the app to communicate is a terrible customer service experience. 2) There is no big picture discussion about what timing looks like downstream. I asked after we started second round about whether we could transfer the previously tested embryo at retrieval, and i was told I should have initiated that conversation prior to the round because we hadn't followed the right protocol. Why weren't all options and implications discussed in advance? There's a huge amount of assumed knowledge on the part of the client. 3) Why don't you just include medication in the service package? It's a much better, more seamless, and affordable experience.
