It�s been a great experience with Spring. I felt taken care of every step of the way. I also love how smooth and fast it�s been working with Alto for medication delivery. Overall there�s been very little issue. Also love how cozy the rooms are before the procedures.

I was feeling really overwhelmed when starting my third round of IVF. After my baseline apt, I was called 3 times and texted 3 times to pay for the calcium injections. I honestly did not know that payment had to be made prior to my baseline since the last IVF I also had to get calcium injections but I wasn�t pestered with constant calls and texts in a single day. Especially since my insurance covered that last 2 IVF with no payment issues. I started to look for alternative clinic that day but decided to stay because we like our relationship with our Physician.
