There wouldnt be a way to say enough nice things about Spring, the whole team from the receptionist to the doctor were absolutely wonderful. I will be recommending Spring to anyone I know meeting Fertility help. Ill also be reviewing you on Yelp to tell everyone how wonderful you are. Thank you for making this experience as easy as it could possibly be and being so caring and loving and making me feel so comfortable!

its difficult having different people do ultrasounds on each visit because there is no consistency. Some nurses asked you if you want to do numbers called out, some dont, some tell you the size of the follicles, some dont tell you, everyone has a slightly different explanation about the growth of the follicles when you ask, that leaves the patient in a confused state It would be helpful to have more consistency in the way information is provided or it would be helpful to get a message from the same doctor or nurse after each ultrasound visit. It is understandable that for nurses and doctors this is a routine check up and doesnt deserve a lot of attention but for some women this might be their only chance Im trying to have a baby and so getting more information and more consistent information along the way is very helpful. For some of us this is the most important time of our lives. And it would be nice to receive the care and attention from nurses and doctors as if it were also the most important time of their lives for them.

Everything was good about retrieval day except finding a vein. Each time, no one was capable of threading my veins without fishing around with a needle causing a lot of pain and bruising. I dont think the staff are ver well trained in this. I noticed this same issue when collecting blood for bloodwork. In terms of the side effects and recovery from retrieval, they were downplayed a lot for me and the procedure was made to sound very simple with minimal recovery required. Each time I had pretty severe pain, bloating and OHS symptoms.

It wasnt clear to me that the medication list I was given at the start of the process was not the full amount of meds but a starting list that would get added to. That would have helped with my budgeting.

Had an issue with an employee drawing blood before my egg retrieval. She spent several minutes trying to tap into a vein and ended up not being able to, causing severe bruising and soreness. Another employee had to do the procedure. I've been told I have very easy veins to tap, so I think the employee might not have been trained adequately on needle insertion.

Dr. Harris was fantastic. However, my patient coordinator was not responsive to emails or phone calls several times. Making it very frustrating to make decisions on medication orders or having questions answered in a timely manner.
