It's a bit weird to have this survey come 3 weeks after a failed FET. Not the most sensitive.

It sometimes felt like I had questions that I would have loved to talk to my doctor but really only has access to my nurse ( which granted was largely completely adequate)

Multiple nurses inexperienced at drawing blood; didnt seem well prepared to manage my post-op complications; only interacted with Dr Tran for about 5 seconds. Patient navigator was great and my primary drs nurse was great. Financial team took several rounds of communication over many weeks to get the documentation I needed, lack of transparency about insurance-billed cost.

Honestly, the most annoying part was that Spring didnt take Blue Cross. I wasnt aware until I had already ordered meds through Alto that I needed to go through Freedom, so the first round of meds werent covered by my insurance. Making that process clearer would have been helpful. The finance team was hard to reach sometimes and took a week or more to get back to me. The medical services were friendly and reliable and I trusted everyone I met. Thank you!
