I was feeling really overwhelmed when starting my third round of IVF. After my baseline apt, I was called 3 times and texted 3 times to pay for the calcium injections. I honestly did not know that payment had to be made prior to my baseline since the last IVF I also had to get calcium injections but I wasn�t pestered with constant calls and texts in a single day. Especially since my insurance covered that last 2 IVF with no payment issues. I started to look for alternative clinic that day but decided to stay because we like our relationship with our Physician.

Despite repetead concerns around lack of early morning help with a toddler my egg retrieval and my husbands production were scheduled at 730am. On the day we found out that the clinic wasn�t even that busy with only 3 retrievals out of a capacity of 6 having been scheduled. There were other lapses in communication, such as the doctor informing me of # of eggs making progress at every stage and how that compared to expectations. I recommend the clinic offer the option to cryopreserve semen ahead of time as an insurance for men with high anxiety and lack of experience producing in a cold room under pressure.

on three instances people came into the room while I was receiving care. on once instance the assistant opened the door to the hallway without drawing the curtain and left me exposed. Overall I struggled with the providers bedside manner. I would have appreciated coming into the clinic to learn about my medication. The videos were confusing at points.

I felt that the ability to speak with an MD while my primary was on leaclve was disappointing. I was told I could not speak to another doctor in her absence. During that time, I also did not receive a calendar for my procedure, nor medication reminders, resulting in me taking BC for several additional days, which was not a huge deal but I wish I had had a single practitioner tracking my care during my primary�s leave. Otherwise, my care has been excellent, all my concerns and questions have been answered, and the communication with the team has been the best I�ve ever experienced with any medical team. I love Spring and am grateful for my care here. The Salve app in particular is the best medical app I�ve ever used and the chat is amazingly helpful and easy.
