The care from the entire team was awesome with the exception of several issues with the finance team where they were significant gaps in communication at critical moments which caused a lot of stress. They also miss billed me and I have to repeatedly self advocate.

Once we arrived, we felt very taken care of by the staff and the process was quite streamlined.

For the most part the second round was fine and the team was great! There were a few misses though. There was confusion between the app and the text instructions on the dosage of one medication that admittedly I could have been more careful with, but i wish the app would just be clear. It would have saved us hundreds of dollars. The room post the retrieval was super cold and the heating pad did not work. While in a normal situation not a big deal, after the retrieval i was groggy and feeling very vulnerable, the coldness made it so much worse. Finally, not our usual nurse, Megan, but someone covering for her called with the day 5 embryo report. It was a rather upsetting call, honestly. The update was confusing and unhelpful. And her tone didnt align with what she was sharing. The tone communicated bad news, but then she also said we had another day and to be hopeful. Additionally, my sense is that my questions made the nurse nervous, making her respond with a bit of a laugh because she had to say a few time, i cant answer that at this point. It was a very frustrating and disheartening conversation when the news was that none of our embryos had made it to the next stage yet, and my partner and i were pretty worried and just trying to understand how concerned we should be.

I feel so incredibly lucky to be able to receive care at Spring. Every staff member I interact with is warm, welcoming, informed, supportive, and considerate. I cant say enough good things about my experience.
