My care team was fantastic! I did struggle a bit with my financial navigator (I think there was an error with one of our anticipated bills; cost for the saline sonogram wasn't included in the initial cost estimate; detailed encounter receipt takes a really long time to be uploaded to Salve, etc.). But overall it was still a great experience.

My previous nurse Melisa is excellent! But my new nurse Natalie, she placed the prescription to the wrong pharmacy after I told her that I changed my address. Also, after she corrected my address, she placed the wrong medication again. Lastly, she didn�t reply my message through Salve timely. My previous nurse Melisa usually replies within 1-2hours, but Natalie usually replies me closed to her off work time like 5:00pm or the next day.

I have appreciated my experience at Spring. The cost and lack of financial support causes much stress and makes the services nearly inaccessible to most people. It is a very emotional experience to go through IVF and it would be helpful if the doctors had a bit more training on that aspect or if a counselor was provided within the fee.
