This process was new to me, so at times it was overwhelming. My team at Spring was endlessly patient and so kind through the whole thing. I felt genuinely cared for by my team. And, I always felt supported. I am so grateful.

The egg retrieval went well, however I felt totally rushed out after I woke up from the procedures. I had asked to rest for another 5-10 minutes and the nurse just got my clothes and waited for me to finish dressing and walked me out to the general lobby to wait for my wife. It was completely disorienting. I did not feel supported. Other than being rushed after the procedure, the staff and doctors etc have been great. I�m guessing they were busy that morning but it was really disappointing experience becuase up until that point I had felt pretty supported and they didn�t rush me etc.

the entire experience was great except for the fact that the doctor, who was new to my care team, revealed the gender of the embryo, which i had not wanted to not at this point in the process. i don't think it's her fault but wish there was some checks in the system to have prevented that

My pre-op nurse (don�t remember her name) helped me to feel so comfortable and calm before my egg retrieval. Also Melissa Rn has been so nice and available to answer all questions for me. Dr. Dovey was so sweet and informative during my very first office visit. She explained everything thoroughly for over an hour to help me feel confident in starting IVF

Dr. Okigwe and my nurse, Megan, made the experience awesome. I felt so taken care of, listened to, and informed. Thank you for your support! Also, shout out to the incredibly kind front desk staff and nurses. Everyone was fantastic.
