For someone who is very new to this process. It would have been nice for the intake coordinator to go through a little bit of what the questions may ask on the initial intake form. There's some questions that did not apply to me and as a result of that, made it very confusing and frustrating process. Also, I think it is very important for anybody getting into this type of investment in their future that finance is, about more clearly ahead of time I felt like the questions about lab work and my insurance. I feel like it was assumed for me to get my lab done on my day of consultation, there was not a lot of clear definite finance questions answered via lab work cost. As a new patient with a huge financial commitment that they are thinking about, it is a very important to be very transparent of the cost that will incur.

Greater clarity around the amount of meds we should order would be great. I ordered less than the total and I�m so glad I did - I saved almost $1k- but still had more than I needed and could have saved $250 more. Alto is so fast that telling people to order half their stims initially would be so helpful for those paying out of pocket.

Compared to other clinic I went to- no clear instructions were given relating to behaviors for egg retrieval (when to stop exercise, sex, etc), there seemed to be a rush to get me in asap and an assumption that I would do a transfer right away, Dr didn�t call with results as with other clinics, way too rushed to get you out of the clinic post retrieval.. overall feel is like a number and the factory is trying to process max amount of people in shortest time possible.

Communication after the appointment has been completely non-existent. I was supposed to get test results back the same day, but it's been 2 days and I have nothing. None of the prescriptions Dr. Reddy was supposed to send through have been sent to my pharmacy, nor do they appear in my medications list on the app.
