Due to availability the primary care provider wasn�t always easily accessible but I was confident that if I informed nurses in 24-48 hours the Dr would answer or address my concern it just took a bit of extra effort/ waiting. I also felt like in beginning stages it was not welcoming until I addressed these concerns with Shelby. Because of her I felt much more confident staying with spring and the experience afterwards shifted drastically and positively. I loved the embryo transfer experience and the way staff interacted and was caring. I love the added perk of music choice. Loved that things were explained step by step. Wonderful experience and hoping for a wonderful outcome

As you can see, nearly everything about my experience has been great except for finance. They�ve made some rather large blunders (for me and 2 others who have used Spring East Bay). It�s the only thing that holds me back from recommending Spring to others.

Doctor Okeigwe was very friendly, was always happy to answer questions. Never treated like a number. I am very glad to have my treatment taken care by Doctor Okeigwe. Nurse Melissa and all the staff were very warm. Made me very comfortable to go through nerve wracking procedure. Thank you team.

Would have appreciated more written info like updated calendar with specific meds. There were a few times when the front desk assumed I was a different patient or got our names mixed up while checking in. I also did not like the Salve app, impossible to get to links on computer and hard to know which thread to respond to. Otherwise great experience when face to face with providers.
