1) Your over-reliance on the app to communicate is a terrible customer service experience. 2) There is no big picture discussion about what timing looks like downstream. I asked after we started second round about whether we could transfer the previously tested embryo at retrieval, and i was told I should have initiated that conversation prior to the round because we hadn't followed the right protocol. Why weren't all options and implications discussed in advance? There's a huge amount of assumed knowledge on the part of the client. 3) Why don't you just include medication in the service package? It's a much better, more seamless, and affordable experience.

The only thing that sticks out is that we wish there would have been more communication about the blood tests that were not covered by insurance, for example we were told about numerous options that would and would not be covered but these were not mentioned. We were surprised when we checked out that we had a $641 balance! That was a bit offsetting for the first appointment.

I lovveee my fertility team so much!! Everyone I have interacted with has been so comforting and supportive. I have never received such thoughtful care before, if I could use spring for all my health issues I would. They have forever changed my life for the better and I owe them all the world and more!!

I want to encourage this practice to take patient concerns about their fertility seriously as partners in the fertility journey instead of punting to OBGYN care especially when that care is not coordinated between clinics to avoid heartbreak from failed attempts as well as the comprehensive care that is needed in treating fertility. Otherwise, it would be a good idea to share the limitations on what the clinic is able to do.
