The interactions that I have had with the Spring staff has been great. I appreciate the abundance of information and the willingness to go over information to get any questions answered. I appreciate knowing the next step but not knowing too much. I appreciate that there was always written communication to follow the phone conversation. I was surprised at how quickly everything was updated. I had issues with the pharmacy delivery, and every time I called, the staff was always helpful to make things right.

I'm having some issues with financials - I spoke with the financial advisor and she agreed it would be $0 cost out of pocket but progeny is sending me bills.

Getting pregnant with spring was as magical as I needed it to be

I wish my partner had access to the embryos report papers

The staff at Spring are incredibly professional and supportive. Would 100% recommend to a friend considering IVF

I just wanted to say that every interaction I had with the staff during routine appointments but in particular my retrieval made me feel so safe and cared for. The day before check-in and day-of care were truly wonderful. I wish all healthcare experiences were like this. Thank you so much for making a stressful process feel as good as possible.

I wouldnt recommend Spring because I went through the entire process trusting that everything was being done to ensure I get the maximum number of frozen eggs, and only after the procedure realized that wasnt the case. I know what happened had a relatively small probability(5%), but I think I still should have been informed about it, and should have had the option to take an extra shot as a precaution to prevent it.

My primary care provider was on vacation during the bulk of my monitoring appointments. I had low estradiol throughout the stims process and asked multiple times if I should be concerned and was told no, only to have a much worse outcome than I was led to expect. I had also planned to do back-to-back ERs and my provider decided I shouldnt since we should change protocol, but no one communicated that decision to me. I also had to call to get my day 6 embryo report, which was still not finalized at 4:30pm, meaning that if I hadnt called, Im not sure anyone would have called me.
