While the process was overwhelming at the start, I felt supported and well cared for throughout the cycle. Everyone on staff was supportive and answered any questions I had. The medical history form is difficult to fill out - very long & a bit confusing which questions were about me vs about my partner. Could be streamlined. Otherwise, everything was great! Deveka & Tao (patient coordinators) were professional, proactive & genuinely cheerful. Dr. Dovey was thorough, well-informed about both her field & my background, and did a great job of explaining things! I love the slideshow she used - it was so helpful to see diagrams! I would definitely recommend her to friends.
