The only downside is that the salve app is a bit confusing. Documents come in multiple different platforms between salve and engaged md and it can be hard to follow and keep track of. And message threads pop up as new sometimes but not others and aren�t labeled so it�s hard to go back and find the info you are looking for. I wish it was all in one place, easier to find, and more clearly searchable or labeled based on who you are talking to (nurse, patient navigator, financial counselor)

Dr. Dovey and the team made me feel very safe and calm the day of retrieval and the whole process was made easy.

I ended up experiencing OHSS after retrieval, it would have been helpful to have felt more prepared for this potential outcome as it was a shock. Otherwise great care overall.

There should be a paper form option not digital

I loved my entire care team at spring fertility and would happy recommend to all my friends. The only feedback I have is that I had a LOT of left over medication which is a cost I could have avoided or maybe had more guidance on adhoc ordering. Thank you
