The intake forms on your web portal were really poorly formatted in a way that made them confusing to navigate. That process probably took me much longer than it should have because the formatting was difficult to parse. It would have been totally inaccessible to my partner, who has a learning disability that impacts his ability to parse visual information. Overall experience has been great at Spring. Going through fertility treatment isn�t the easiest so it�s nice to have everything feel like it�s going so smoothly. Everyone has been so nice and wonderful, especially my nurse who is always available whenever needed.

Spring does a great job with in person visits. They see us timely and are very welcoming. There was some delay though in communicating between steps. It often felt like I had to prode the team to find out how to actually start the ivf retrieval process and again with the transfer process. I think this might just have been due to transitions with staff at the time/peak time in services. And overall things worked out. But if there's room for improvement, I would say initiate the conversation in terms of next steps would be great.
