Spring does a great job with in person visits. They see us timely and are very welcoming. There was some delay though in communicating between steps. It often felt like I had to prode the team to find out how to actually start the ivf retrieval process and again with the transfer process. I think this might just have been due to transitions with staff at the time/peak time in services. And overall things worked out. But if there's room for improvement, I would say initiate the conversation in terms of next steps would be great.

It would be helpful to be able to receive invoices more quickly. Having to pay upfront at the first ultrasound but wait 14 business days after for an invoice is frustrating

I think for important appointments such as egg retrieval and transfers, the primary provider should be present. Routine ultrasounds are fine by an alternate. That would be my biggest feedback.
