The doctor was amazing and so were the nurses. I experienced awful communication issues with the navigator and finance team. A failure to upload a document led to quite a surprise the last minute around cost and a failure to mention a deadline around the medication package option from the navigator led to that not even being an option for me and greater out of pocket costs. The care quality was strong but the cost and education component was poor.

We've had a wonderful experience with Spring, Dr. Pasternak, and her entire care team! Keeping our fingers crossed that the embryo transfer is a success!

I had amazing and smooth embryo transfer procedure on April 3,2024 with Dr. Dovey. She is very nice and sweet to me. I would like to thank Shelby and Nurse Melissa , they weee above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and answer all my questions. Thank you so much Dr. Fisher and my Spring Fertility family. I am very happy now it�s my 15 weeks pregnant.

Great experience. I wish all my health care was provided by spring. Staff attentive. My only feedback would be that the initial scheduling with the case manager was a bit delayed and unclear. It seemed maybe she was overworked but other than that I was very happy with the care received.

Amazing people all around. They made me feel cared for and heard during a highly anxious time. On top of that they made me feel comfortable, like no question was dumb or out of the ordinary. The only add would be to make the initial process of paperwork easier to complete. It�s confusing to have items on importance seemingly hidden in the app. A checklist via email would be helpful to know you�ve gotten everything done!
