The app (having salve app and spring separate app) was confusing at first. Having someone to help introduce and train you onboarding and the app would be very helpful, including the medications tab (which is awesome, I only discovered it halfway thru my injections). Otherwise communicating in the app was great. And the whole team was extraordinary!!!

Amazing people all around. They made me feel cared for and heard during a highly anxious time. On top of that they made me feel comfortable, like no question was dumb or out of the ordinary. The only add would be to make the initial process of paperwork easier to complete. It�s confusing to have items on importance seemingly hidden in the app. A checklist via email would be helpful to know you�ve gotten everything done!

Immediately after the retrieval while in the recovery area, I overheard the doctor giving a different patient her results. It was difficult to hear someone else�s numbers after hearing the number I had had retrieved. Please find a way for other patients not to overhear other�s results at this sensitive time!

The salve app was a little confusing with the messaging, it was hard to fully comprehend the long messages because I could only see them on my small phone screen in the app as the messages didn�t show up on the website version of salve. It was also a little hard keeping track of which message string to reply to.

We adore Spring and all they have provided for us!

For both retrievals I felt like I was being kicked out too quickly after the retrieval. For the second retrieval I was the only patient there! I was rushed out and would have appreciated more time to recover.
