I would have liked a larger sized gown. I felt fairly uncovered and since I was in a space with others when I was waiting that felt a little awkward. It would be more inclusive to have garments that fit a wider range of bodies.

The online questionnaire/ medical history ahead of the consult felt like an awkward UI/ UX, where it felt longer than the questions actually were. I was super impressed with the professionalism and level of care and support we felt in the whole initial consult experience.

The app does need some improvement. You cant zoom in on text or reorient the screen to landscape mode. And there is no desktop version to help with uploading docs.

Overall, my experience at Spring Health was positive despite challenges in determining when to start medication. Dr. Okeigwe is very knowledgeable and compassionate about her work, and I�m grateful for her team�s care throughout the process. My polite suggestion is to offer more guidance around how the treatment protocol will vary and extend for patients with an IUD. OPK testing was my main frustration with the preservation process. For patients like me who do not have a menstrual period and have to �best-guess� cycle length, it was not clear how my IUD would impact OPK results. Again, the experience with OPKs did not overshadow my overall positive experience and care received by Dr. Okeigwe and team. Ultimately I felt like my concerns were addressed along the way and I trusted the team was committed to achieving the best outcome, which we did. Thanks again.

I was very upset that my embryo transfer was done by a different physician than expected. I was told that Dr Okeigwe would be the doctor performing the transfer and this was reconfirmed many times in the Salve app. When I got to the clinic, a new doctor was the one performing the procedure. I know she was new because she was interacted to me as new to the Spring team during a recent ultrasound and she was shadowing my doctor. Yes, Dr Okeigwe was in the room supervising during the transfer but she did not do it herself and no one asked my consent. I found this incredibly disrespectful and inappropriate for such an important part of my fertility journey.

The entire Oakland Spring team is wonderful. From the front desk, MA�s, nurses, doctors; I felt welcomed, informed, helped, and seen throughout the whole process.
