I want to be able to revisit parts of the presentation without signing up for another webinar. I felt that the response to the genetic testing results was a little hyperbolic and thought the message that required me to pause treatment until I had received genetic counseling was rather scary. I wish I knew more about implantation, but maybe you want to have the PGT results before you tell me more about implantation?

I would like the information readily availability following the consult. Handouts specified for my situation. The app is a great place to find info but I feel a bit left in limbo waiting for the process of knowing cost and navigating info just via messaging on the app. I attended the webinar to make my appt $250 instead of $545 but staff were not familiar with that aspect and I have not received any notice about credit for that.

The multiple apps and portals is really confusing. Would be great to go to one place whether on my phone or my computer
