This experience has been wonderful! Im so happy to have Spring as my clinic. I always feel well taken care of, and not just a number. Everyone takes time to answer my questions thoroughly and I feel I am always in good hands!

The only thing that was hard was when I had an appointment in the morning one day, but I wasn't told I was going to have to add another shot earlier in the day the same day, so I went straight to work and missed the shot window. Then when I looked at what to do when I missed a shot, it said to call the patient hotline, which sent me to a pre-recorded message that said to just take it as soon as possible. This was a very stressful day in the process, and I think having more clarity about what to do if I miss a shot, and that if I call the patient help line it's not going to be a live person anyway. I think it's hard that I do the shots at night after hours, so if something goes wrong, there isn't a live person to talk to at that point. Also I was mostly seen by an RN for my ultrasounds who didn't give me much information. When I was seen by the doctor, he was much more forthcoming with information and asked more questions about me, which made me feel more at ease.

I would of like more explanation throughout the procedure knowing whats happening or seeing any issues. Dr was in and out, I was left feeling unsure if it went well or not.

I had pretty bad complications from the retrieval and I felt like no one really cared or checked in enough. I almost died the night of the procedure because I couldnt keep food down and my blood sugar got super low. I think more care around people with OHSS should occur

I would've appreciated some guidance on medication ordering amounts up front, as I was instructed to purchase double the menopur I ended up needing

I just wish I had given a hug good-bye to Dr. Dovey after the transfer! My husband was really struck by how professional the whole experience has been and we both agree that for day of procedures, Marisa is our favorite. She is so sweet and caring and supportive and of course professional!
