The Salve app sucks. I hate it for too many reasons to get into here. But my egg retrieval was flawless. I felt like I was well informed, but so was the team. I was comfortable the whole time, had a good outcome given all my factors, and felt confident enough to go straight into my next ER. Dr Okiegwe is wonderful, Kat, Megan, Marisa and Dr. O�Hare have also been great. Truly appreciate their capability and kindness throughout this process. This is unlike any other medical intervention I can think of, and it takes a unique kind of person to make it feel okay. Spring has a lot of those people.

Highly recommend the Spring team and especially Dr Okeigwe, and actually have referred her to a few friends. The entire team is very professional, helpful, and kind and I appreciate the low wait times. My only feedback for opportunity was around communication of what to expect after an IUD removal. I felt like the message I received over email could have been more explanatory that it was a minimum, because Dr Okeigwe's team mentioned a "normal" process as being different, and setting expectations on how long it could possibly take.

We love working with Dr. Fisher. He is always kind and understanding. Great doctor.

Dr. Okeigwe is the absolute best and the care team has been nothing short of amazing.

Overall great experience at Spring, not as terrible a process as I had feared, very grateful for my results. Dr. Okeigwe was terrific.
