I am still waiting for a financial advisor to reach out to me in regards to the medication issue I am having. Have not heard from anyone yet and it�s been 3 days

My overall experience was great but I was just confused about being labeled new patient when we had our recent FET because I had to pay again for a full consultation when my primary provider didn�t even perform an ultrasound that was supposed to be included in the $375. I talked with someone who is with Spring too and I was told she didn�t have to pay $375 to have her FET even though it�s been over a year of being a patient.

The initial consult was amazing the only thing that I feel complicates it is the intake, financial, app set up in the beginning. At that time emotions/nerves are high so it would be good if the Spring team was more informative and on the same page about that.

I feel like with next steps everyone just wants to wait for the embryo results to talk about it, but as a planner, it would be really helpful to understand what the options for timeline for transfer are and a range of time of when it could happen would be ideal to know.
