Ive had several vaginal ultrasounds and feel that the ultrasound i had at spring was surprisingly rough, long, and possibly lacking in skill. Im still experiencing pain and aches from how hard and roughly the ultrasound rod was being pushed inside of me and its 5 days out. Im disappointed I got injured from the ultrasound and will not be returning.

It was great and calm environment to start our stressful journey. I hope I get the positive result to make more happy. Thanks to all the team.

I had questions about my medications & dosage during the priming phase and no one returned my messages for 4 days, in which time I was taking more then needed. I am not sure if this effected my retrieval results. I also got a pelvic infection/UTI from the egg retrieval and called Spring because I was in so much pain. I talked to a nurse that day, but then no one followed up after. The lack of communication was surprising and disappointing at this stage in the process and after we have paid so much money.

Very happy thus far. My biggest qualm would be that the app doesn�t allow for a single line of communication between Spring and two partners looking to conceive. This puts a lot of pressure on the woman going through IVF to relay details to their partner, when we already carry a lot of stress in the process. If the app could be streamlined for a single account with logins for each partner, that would be ideal. Thanks!
