1. All treatment rooms should provide feminine wipes at ultrasounds, not just dry paper towels. My ob/gyn provides this, so I'm surprised Spring doesn't, considering the cost. 2. Husbands seem to be excluded from this process. My husband had to beg to receive documents and updates. It's frustrating. 3. More privacy during check-in at lobby. If there any questions regarding treatment/finances/procedures, they should never be discussed in a lobby full of strangers. 4. Patients should be notified EARLY of any testing outside of Spring (mammograms, saline sonograms, etc). Doctors set appointments months in advance, so this peremptory testing can derail a couple's timeline, especially since some tests are dependent on menstrual cycles that only happen once a month.

Spring has be incredible to work with especially as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Dr. Dovey and Mel have been fantastic. By far, the best clinic we have worked with and we are in clinic #5! A few things I wish could have been different. For PGT-M testing, it took us 3 months from our initial consult to get clarity from Spring on which genetic company we should go with. It seemed that Spring was unfamiliar of how to support a process of PGT-M probe creating and this could have gone much faster if we had started with Cooper earlier. Between our consult and retrial was 5 months. Also, it is not possible to get anyone on the phone which is concerning. We had to go through the new patient line to get a human to answer. With these very minor tweaks, I can confidently say that Spring fertility is the best medical care I have ever received in my life. I am endlessly grateful to Dr. Dovey and Mel.
