Overall it was a great experience! I felt safe and in the right hands the whole way through. The whole process was as simple as it could have been and I feel like Im in the right place with the right care team for us.

Alto is awful and did not deliver two of my medications.

Thank you, Spring!! You are the best!!

I love Spring and my experience has been wonderful. I would say the salve app could use a bit of improvement (a calendar view and some organization within the messaging).

I want to thank the Spring Fertility team from the bottom of my heart for making a scary experience not so scary. Thank you for helping me through it! I especially want to give kudos to Megan, Monica, and Alina. You all are the best!

My care team are the best

My experience was mostly great but due to logistics and timing, I didn't see Dr Dovey for my first few check ups and my first one after starting the injections was with Dr Okeigwe. She could not have gotten out of the room faster, did not ask how I was doing, did not communicate how things were looking, or ask if I had any questions. My partners were there too and agreed that she had no bedside manner and must have been very rushed or just didn't really care about the patient side of things - so it wasn't just my hormones! I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that something was going on but I think the first ultrasound after starting the hormones is one of the most important for reassuring the patient, making sure things are going okay, answering questions, etc. Lauren, the PA, did a great job when Dr Dovey wasn't available, Dr Fisher did my retrieval and did a great job of communicating everything to me and making me comfortable with the whole process. All the nurses were lovely. And of course, Dr Dovey was wonderful. My last thing to add was I paid at the office and even when I did, did not think my payment went through but I was assured then and two subsequent visits that I had paid (even though I didn't see the charge on my card...) then over a week later, finance told me my card had been declined. This seems like a glitch in the system to not be able to see this in more real time! Imagine if you were a retail store!

Unrelated to the transfer, but the Salve app is a little buggy. I want to love it and sometimes it works well. But touch id login always gives me probs. And the web portal is so much more useful for reading large docs. Hopefully the app can improve over time because I can see it being a great tool.
