The coverage team on weekends required a lot of corrections and reminders during baseline and right ahead of treatment. It caused further anxiety and was a bit unsettling

We didn't know the actual amount we needed to pay until we got to the office. We also were not aware that PGTA was not covered until late. I would have liked to know that before getting started. Insurance is really what made it difficult to manage. Going from "it is covered" to spending over $10,000 was not great but we are very happy with the service.

My questions were answered and I felt cared for and that everyone was working with my best interests in mind. Loved being able to see the embryo before the transfer. So cool!
