The only issues we had (which were very minor) was figuring out the connection between the app and the online portal, being unclear on what information was being sent to my husband as well, and when all the task list items had been completed. Overall, this was an easy process though!

You absolutely need to have 24/7 nurse access. The shots, especially the trigger shots are daunting and I had most of my questions come up after hours. This is something I would look for in a place to go for fertility care given what I know now. Also, I felt like I didn�t understand fully that my outcome would not be tied to my number of follicles initially. I ended up being disappointed in the number of eggs we were able to freeze, I didn�t understand the attrition rate would be so bad.
