I feel like with next steps everyone just wants to wait for the embryo results to talk about it, but as a planner, it would be really helpful to understand what the options for timeline for transfer are and a range of time of when it could happen would be ideal to know.

I was truly blown away by my initial consult with Dr Reddy. She was thoughtful, thorough and present. It�s hard to put into words how my I felt during and after my first appointment with Spring Fertility, not only do I feel in su ch safe/great hands on my fertility journey but was educated in a way no one had taken the time before to spend me with about my new diagnosis. I left feeling so cared for and in great hands not only for my fertility journey but also my endometriosis diagnosis.

Experience has gone downhill over the years. In person, the appointments are great and everyone is lovely. However, a lot of the communication and support via app has gone downhill. It's clear the team is overworked and doens't have time to catch all mistakes and be super clear with communication. Given how much we pay, this feels unacceptable to have staff that is stretched too thin, causing mistakes in the process sometimes. Overall, I'm happy with Spring but disappointed with the service this year given the cost of treatments.
