Y�all provide such awesome, attentive care! I was so appreciative that Dr. Fisher called me after I communicated feeling like we had somewhat disappointing 5-day blast results. He gave me perspective on the numbers games and reassurance but not any unrealistic expectations. In general I am just so appreciative with how attentive and organized everyone is and communication is top notch. Aside from the emotional turmoil and uncertainty of IVF, this has been the best medical experience I�ve had.

I wish the financial advisor had gone over financing options with us. As well as, taken the time to brake down the costs for the entire treatment process. This will better help couples in the future that might not have as many resources. Over all I have had a great experience with the Spring medical care team and would highly recommend this clinic. Spring is fantastic- it was the best medical experience I have had. Everyone was so kind through the entire process, and I really appreciate the clear and timely communication. I wouldn�t hesitate to recommend Spring to a friend. The one piece of feedback I have is for my nurse, Megan- while I overall found her helpful, it seemed like she could have taken my concerns about side effects during my recovery more seriously. I�m sure she sees it all the time, but it was a first for me!

I had a small issue the night before transfer where I was supposed to order medication from Alto but it got stuck in part of the processing. I was a little stressed and wished I could have spoken to someone about it but it was after hours. However my nurse was great the next morning and provided me enough medication that day to get through the issue, and it was all sorted out in the end. Overall a fantastic experience, just with that one hiccup.
