The entire Spring team was WONDERFUL. They make you feel like family and so cared for. Every single person was warm and sweet and really gave you their focus and time and never made you feel rushed. I couldn�t be happier with a place than I am spring. Every detail is thought of to make things easy and special, even letting me pick the playlist during transfer which was so cool. It would be better if they informed us ahead the reason(s) why they would like to reduce the number of embryos they would transferred. Also, we would love to hear the reason(s) directly from our doctor.

Staff onsite is wonderful, however I asked when I was booking my initial consult if I should bring my husband and if they could do his tests in the same day. The person helping me book said some people do bring and some don�t but it doesn�t really matter because he can come back. I would have preferred to hear something that alluded to : �yes we encourage our patients to bring their husbands so that the husbands are learning about the fertility process with you. Also, if a SA and blood work is needed for them we can do it all in one visit. If you need to do genetic testing we will need to wait for their results to provide the full story of both of you so it makes sense to do it all at once.� I feel like I wasted time by not having my husband with me as the person helping me schedule focused on how they weren�t needed. I am not sure if I talked to someone at the front desk or someone at a different line at spring but it was frustrating.

The only reason I rated the question about my provider being available was because she was mostly off during my cycle! Otherwise I had a great experience with Dr Dovey
