This time around the service was not as good. I had more in person discussions with dr klatsky previously. This time every pthing was through email. I never even saw the dr to discuss everything, not even in aoom. There couldve been more discussion and and in lersin discussions about my options when things in my schedule need to be changed. Originally i wanted to do controlled FeT because i was trying to time with dr klatskys visit. But since my lining wasnt right i woukdve aloreciated a discussion on my options at that point because i wouldve wanted to consider naturally following ,y cycle. I hate shots and im stuck witha ton of progesterone shots.

I had filled out a survey before and wanted to correct something: I did get the lovely flowers on day 4 after my transfer. Thank you.

1. Last year when I had my transfer, I received a table (not a calendar) with very detailed instructions, which was extremely helpful to keep track of things. It was not the usual treatment calendar. I hope this will be brought back because it was very easy to see what I needed to do daily. 2. I had trouble reaching anyone on the day before my transfer to ask questions. It really took about 3 hours before the patient navigator was kind enough to help me. This has also happened in the past especially on weekends that phone calls arent returned in time. I understand that the nurses are really busy. But my transfer was the next day and I had some urgent questions. 3. When I had my transfer last year, I thought it was such a nice touch to have received flowers from spring. I did not receive it this year, not sure if its because there are just too many patients now. 4. The previous finance counselor was at times difficult to reach, has mistakes in quotes, hopefully my new finance counselor will be more meticulous. Overall my doctors and nurse are wonderful. But its the minor details from support staff that can be improved.

Every single person at Spring from the receptionist that answered my first call to the doctors and the patient navigator and the nurses and blood draw, everyone has been phenomenal, so friendly and warm, and really made me feel like they were giving me the best possible care, 10 out of 10 would recommend Spring to any and everybody!
