All the staff are just wonderful. Warm, funny, caring, and communicative. Dr. Dovey especially is just amazing, I couldn�t imagine a better doctor (or team!). The transfer was a great experience because of them.

At times it felt like I was another cog being put through a machine. The work is excellent but patient care, thoughtfulness, and explanations are lacking. I didn�t feel prepared at all for the side effects of my procedure and didn�t feel like my care team cared enough to help me, I had to rely on friends who had gone through the process before.

The day of the procedure the anesthesiologists did not arrive so my retrieval was performed a bit late by a non-working employee. Was a bit disconcerting and unsure to what effect the late timing affected retrieval outcomes.

I wish my doctor was at more of my appointments and more available to answer my questions and concerns.

Honestly, I don�t have any complaints. The Spring team has been kind, supportive, and professional throughout my journey so far. I am trying to stay cautiously optimistic throughout the process and the Spring team has been a fantastic resource.

The team is incredible! The only reason the medications got 4 stars is because of CVS pharmacy. They are a pain to deal with.
