Honestly, I don�t have any complaints. The Spring team has been kind, supportive, and professional throughout my journey so far. I am trying to stay cautiously optimistic throughout the process and the Spring team has been a fantastic resource.

�the portal could be so much better. There are newer technologies available that could make navigating the portal more user friendly. The fact that you can�t reply to messages there is not good. I over to you guys from Kindbody, who have an excellent user interface. Seeing Springs portal following Kindbody�s felt like I went into the stone ages. �Dr. Fisher was amazing! His bedside manner was great, he made me feel at ease, every question was answered in an informative way. Even when I had some complications post retrieval, he followed up with me for 3 days following to ensure all was good for me. Being that it took me a moment to finally get someone on the phone initially when I started to feel like I was experiencing some issues, it really made me feel better about the situation when I seen how he sprung into action after hearing my concerns. Instead of just reporting back to the nurse to relay a message, he made sure to call himself. �When I first started my cycle with Spring, the delay in responses from the care team was very bothersome. At a time when you are most anxious and ready to get started, having these delays is very painstaking. Eventually, the response time improved drastically which made everything so much better. My mind was at ease knowing that I generally would receive a response within 1 day, even on weekends. �the phone line to the care team seems to basically be a voicemail to the care team and a wait for a call back. My first line of communication is usually email, because the phone line never seems to be given response in a more timely manner. That was the oddest thing to me. But overall my experience was good. Thank you.

I think it is clear that Spring is highly competent. From my experience and from many of my friends, I think where spring could use more attention is on the emotional care and human element.

My care team nurse Mel was amazing, I had some less helpful interactions with weekend coverage nurses (incorrect information about ordering meds that was stressful). Mel went above and beyond to clear up the situation later.

I have recommended spring to two women and both have used spring and have also been very happy with their care. Dr. Fisher is wonderful and has really helped to ease my anxiety and concerns with my final embryo transfer. Thank you
