I�m very grateful for how professional, caring, and organized the entire team is at Spring.

Dr Okeigwe is amazing at her craft. I feel lucky to have her as my doctor. The nursing team are also very good. The only thing I would ask spring is to hire full time phlebotomists atleast 2-3, with deep experience in vein less folks. I think the current nurses are great but they have 100 other things they do. Be good to get focus

Dr. Okeigwe and her team are amazing. Dr. Okeigwe very knowledgeable and caring. I felt extremely comfortable through out the process and trusted her judgment. I would highly recommend her to any of my family and friends.

There needs to be communication PRIOR to tracking ovulation for IVF to abstain from intercourse. I was notified to START abstaining from sex after my LH surge was identified. Knowing this would have saved me the heartbreak of having a D&C and $2500. Having to pay out of pocket for a procedure that could have been avoided with clear communication was an insult.

In general we have been really happy with spring. We found the emails to the care team to be difficult to keep up with, and it felt confusing to be emailing so many different people through the team. I also found the experience of giving lab information from Kaiser to the care team really time consuming and confusing. Information was sometimes buried in long email threads and it was a somewhat stressful process because the messaging was that our treatment would be cancelled if we didn�t relay the test results, even though we absolutely took the time to get tested for everything, and it was merely about relating the results in the correct format. This also reminds me of setting up our initial consult, where there were some gaps in the paperwork and we were also threatened with the cancellation of the appointment which seems difficult to obtain in the first place. So a bit of unnecessary stress around some administration.
