The initial consult was encouraging. I believe the patient coordinator has been out of the office since our visit so we are still waiting for a follow up call.

I've seen other clinics provide patients with pictures of embryo and of the uterus post transfer. This was not offered to us.

i had an amazing experience with dr okiegwe, michelle, laurel, melanie, and all of the nurses on site. i've already recommended spring to two of my colleagues who have booked consultations. your team is amazing and you made the experience so easy and not scary. my only recommendation would be to explicitly label the medication to administer on the calendar. once you get used to it, it is very clear, but i remember being very unsure of what i was doing and when when i first started the injections. seeing the drug names on the calendar would really help. thank you spring team for being amazing!

The consult itself was super helpful and informative. I feel empowered about next steps and really loved getting to meet the care team. The only negative part of my experience was the intake form. I completed the LGBTQ form and was surprised to find that it didnt have an option to indicate that we havent been able to try to get pregnant on our own. Some LGBTQ families can conceive on their own, but my wife and I cannot and it was a bit confusing to scroll through several pages dedicated to logging each attempt and have to repeatedly select no since we have not had the ability to try to have a baby on our own. If it would be possible to update the form so that the section about trying only expands if people indicate that theyve been trying to conceive on their own, that would be great! I also would have appreciated clearer instructions for the medical history sectionI wasnt sure whether to include anything Id experienced in the past or only current conditions. I also am looking forward to learning more about the financial costs beyond what my insurance covers, and I really appreciated the initial email about finances so I knew what the copay would be. Were excited to continue this journey with Spring Fertility!
