I am so impressed and pleased with what I�ve seen of Springs main clinic and OR. Very clean and updated facilities! The staff are incredibly friendly, communicative, detailed in the explanations, and kind and empathetic every step of the way.

Dr. Okeigwe and her team are the absolute best!! The anesthesiologist prepared me before we entered the room. I felt a sense of comfort with all women in the room, it calmed my nerves in the operating room. I�m so grateful to Dr. Okeigwe and her support throughout this process.

My last egg freezing cycle and the beginning of this was has been a bit bumpy with my patient navigator. The last round I had to miss a month because I misunderstood the instructions. I had clearly communicated my intent to take 1 month off and then start the process again. It would have been wonderful if someone had followed up as I didn't understand the process and ending up being delayed a month. This round, the patient navigator has been slow to respond and I've had to initiate most of the communication to make sure I stay on schedule. I would give Spring a 5 star experience for all of my ultrasounds and blood draws - I've really enjoyed getting to know the staff. The weak point has been the patient navigator and lack of quick and clear communication and scheduling.

I like spring and I think they are challenged to be responsive to patients via email and often hard to reach by phone. Some of your competitions use text capabilities and are much more responsive

My exerpience so far has been much better than Kindbody on all fronts, especially communication which is so important with regard to these kinds of services. I think you should ask question no. 10 a bit later in the process, but so far I would recommend.
