My exerpience so far has been much better than Kindbody on all fronts, especially communication which is so important with regard to these kinds of services. I think you should ask question no. 10 a bit later in the process, but so far I would recommend.

When I was charged for the egg storage, I never received a notification until the day the money was taken out of my account. I checked my email and didn�t see anything. I never received a text. I hadn�t needed to check the portal for a while based on the stage of my treatment plan at that time so there was no reason for me to randomly go in and look for anything. Spring has always been good about sending an email alerting me to a portal message and texting. But in this case I woke up to a receipt that $700 was taken out of my checking account that day. I emailed Katrese and I just felt like my communication experience with her was a bit defensive and unprofessional. If that much money is being auto drafted, clear communication should be sent at least a week in advance. I didn�t have any issues with paying it but what if that account was suddenly closed or what if I wanted to pay another way? There was no opportunity to plan for that. Instead of an acknowledgment that there was a failure on her end to notify me, I felt like I had to justify my frustration. On several occasions. I did end up seeing a statement in my portal so maybe there was a glitch in the system to not push out the text and email but my suggestion would be to make sure patients are properly notified at least a week in advance when a bill is due.

Dr Okeigwe and her team are phenomenal - I feel so lucky and grateful for their genuine care and expertise. Everyone at Spring - from the front desk, to the assistant supporting each visit, to the anesthesiologist and OR team - are always such a delight. I�ll continue to recommend Spring to anyone I can! I wish the materials provided to me outlined estimate costs for all parts of the process in a single place even though that means you�ll be advertising a larger cost number. I was surprised to learn just how much the medications would cost on top of Spring�s services, how much more a FET cycle would cost on top of egg retrieval (with additional variable medication costs here as well), and that a step required to the future FET cycle is a saline sonogram that also comes at an additional cost. Rather than outline the lowest number for the basic IVF package, I wish Spring had walked me through everything that would take place following the initial consult through to an embryo transfer and what the costs at each point would be. I also have not found the Spring team to be proactive about scheduling next steps following my egg retrieval as I hope to move immediately into a FET cycle. I feel I�ve had to manage and check in to make sure we�re moving forward on those steps, and I still don�t have answers on what my treatment recommendation is and what the calendar will look like.

On the day of transfer, I immediately felt welcomed and comforted by all staff. This is such a great fertility clinic and I honestly couldn�t imagine seeking treatment anywhere else.
